FSW Copper Liquid Cold Plate For Laser Cooling

This friction welding water cold plate base material is copper. A longitudinal channel is formed on the base plate through a deep hole drill, and then it is milling through at both ends of the transverse interval, and the channel is closely connected by friction stir welding. In the direction of more compressive strength and thinner thickness, this technology has been successfully applied to the liquid cold plate of high power fiber laser. 

Micro-channel structures of different lengths and diameters can be customized according to customer's needs.

The friction welding liquid cold plate finished with hard anodized, so the fiber laser can withstand the test of harsh service environment and long-term fluid erosion.
