High Power Energy Storage Heat Pipe Skived Fin Heat Sink
Lori skived fin heat sink uses a professional and intelligent heat sink fin skiving machine for precision CNC and skiving fins to produce a smooth, burr-free skived fins. The aluminum skived fin heat sink is made of aluminum material directly skived from the base shoveling to form fins, so the heat sink and the base of the thermal resistance is very low, and the heat sink has good thermal conductivity. The contact surface is machined with a CNC machining process to create slots for the heat pipes then the heat pipes are bonded into the slots with epoxy resin. The combination of large heat sink fin area and heat pipes allows the heat sink to quickly dissipate heat.
