The Led chip heat sink is the heatpipe heat sink .This heat sink with  220 mm length  x Height 120mm widthx100 mm height. The heat pipe groove is processed in the aluminum extrusion heat sink, and the heat pipe is pressed into the groove which has been processed before by stamping, and then the surface of the heat pipe is milled out by CNC to get a smooth plane, which has the heat pipe surface with high contact.
