10 watt led heat sink features is as follows

The 10 watt led heat sink aluminum is a soldering heat sink with stamping fin.The led heat sink fins are stamped by punch machine,then soldering the fins on the alumunum base. This heat sink with small size 90 mm in diameter  x Height 40 mm in height. In order to soldering the aluminum heat sink with the base together and protect the material, we finished the heatsink with nickel plating. the led heat sink is very small, so the material utilization rate is high and very suitable for mass production.
