The aluminum alloy die cast heat sink is made of high quality aluminum alloy material, combined with chemically hardened sand casting and high pressure die casting (HPDC) process, which the size and profile of the radiator are more accurate, to provide excellent heat dissipation performance and durability. Through open mold customization, Lori are able to provide heat sinks of different sizes and structures according to customers' specific needs, meeting the heat dissipation requirements of various applications. With smooth surface and high precision, the high pressure die cast heat sink can effectively improve the thermal management efficiency and extend the service life of the LED.

1.  Compared with low pressure die casting, high pressure die casting production efficiency is higher, in mass production cost is lower;

2.  High-pressure die-casting of the radiator surface is more polished, more accurate size, without additional surface finishing, can simplify the production process;

3.  High-pressure die-casting can make the fins of the radiator thinner, so as to die-cast more fins with the same size and increase the heat dissipation area.
