Scanning Acoustic Microscope (SAM) is a non-destructive imaging device that uses ultrasound as the transmission medium. Primarily employing high-frequency ultrasonic waves, it inspects various devices and materials to detect internal defects such as pores, cracks, inclusions, and delaminations, presenting them visually in graphical form. During scanning, the sample remains undamaged and its performance is unaffected, making SAM suitable for quality control of products including ceramic substrates, IGBTs, water-cooled heat sinks, electrical welded components, diamond composites, and carbon fiber composites.

1. High-frequency ultrasonic testing
Utilizing high-frequency ultrasonic technology, it can precisely detect tiny defects within the sample, with clear imaging and high sensitivity.
2. Multi-type defect identification
It can effectively detect internal structural abnormalities such as pores, cracks, inclusions, and delamination, and is applicable to complex materials and devices.
3. Wide range of applicable materials
It supports non-destructive testing for various products such as ceramic substrates, IGBTs, water cooling heat sinks, and composite materials.
4. Non-destructive testing, sample remains undamaged
The testing process does not damage the structure and performance of the sample, and is suitable for key stages such as research and development, quality control, and failure analysis.
