This rack-mounted CDU (Cooling Distribution Unit) is specifically designed for liquid cooling scenarios of General Data Centers (CPU/GPU Servers) Edge Computing Nodes, lndustrial Lasers, Energy Storage Systems. It features a standard rack-mounted installation form, integrating both air cooling and liquid cooling modes of heat dissipation capabilities, with a 12kW high-power heat exchange output. It efficiently distributes and controls the heat of computing equipment, widely applicable to scenarios such as AI servers, GPU clusters, data center cabinets, and high-performance computer rooms. It also takes into account the convenience of deployment and the reliability of heat dissipation. This air-liquid CDU adopts a rack-mounted chassis structure, allowing for direct installation on racks, compatible with standard server cabinets, saving space in the data center, facilitating unified wiring and centralized operation and maintenance. The entire chassis is made of sheet metal, with large-area perforated ventilation mesh to ensure heat dissipation inside the entire machine. The air-liquid integrated cooling distribution unit combines the dual schemes of air cooling auxiliary cooling and liquid cooling main cooling. The liquid cooling is responsible for removing the heat of core components, while the air cooling also takes care of auxiliary heat dissipation within the cabinet. It can flexibly adapt to cold plate liquid cooling systems to complete the distribution of cooling fluid flow, temperature monitoring, and circulation drive.
