Data Center Server DIMM Liquid Cooling Cooler

Lori DIMM liquid cooling cooler is an efficient DIMM cold plate, specially designed for modern data centers, AI clusters and cloud computing environments. It can provide reliable and powerful cooling capabilities for high-density memory configurations, and can easily support DDR5 and MRDIMM memory modules. The design is optimized for narrow spacing layout (0.297–0.35 inches), with each cold plate capable of covering 8–16 memory modules, while maintaining a single DIMM cooling capacity of over 22W. Under the full-load operation of PG25 cooling fluid, the memory temperature can be stably maintained below 50°C, with a thermal resistance as low as 0.05°C·cm²/W, providing stable guarantee for workloads such as AI training, high-performance computing, and virtualization. The modular cold plate combines copper microchannels (with a fin density of ≥8 fins/cm) and aluminum alloy body, is equipped with UQD quick connectors, supports blind insertion, and simplifies the deployment process in 2U/4U server architectures.
