In order to better serve our customers and improve product quality, Lori recently added a new 3-meter CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). The new CMM is capable of measuring products up to 2 meters long and 1 meter wide with an accuracy of 2.5 μm. The high accuracy of this equipment will greatly enhance our ability to control quality and provide our customers with higher quality products.

               

                

                

 

Lori's CMM is equipped with SP-25 and SP-80 probes. SP-25 probe is a high-speed, high-accuracy, small-size, continuous scanning contact probe. Capable of free-form inspection and Three-dimensional (3D) digital. It is primarily used for the scanning of box parts, molds and dies, and fixtures. The SP-80 probe uses digital scale and readhead technology, coupled with Renishaw's innovative split-optical measurement principle, to deliver excellent scanning performance. The measuring machine is capable of measuring both small and large products with sensitivity and precision, and can inspect large automotive molds, automotive inspection fixtures, aerospace component engines, ultra-large and ultra-precise products, precision heat sinks and more.
