Server Direct Liquid Cooling Loop Custom CPU Copper Cold Plate


The direct liquid cooling plate is made of high-purity C1100 material with excellent thermal conductivity, which can effectively and quickly conduct heat away from the CPU inside the server. The copper liquid cooling plate is soldered using a continuous furnace vacuum brazing process, reducing the risk of coolant leakage. Antioxidant treatment on the surface allows this customized cooling plate to withstand prolonged operation of the equipment and prolong its service life. The compact structure of the cold plate with internal micro-channels enables efficient heat dissipation in smaller server rack spaces.
