The Soldering Heat Sink is the soldering aluminum zipper fin with aluminum base and  aluminum cover.This heat sink with size 220 x 210 x 110mm. Aluminum zipper fin parts were maked by stamping, aluminum base plate was maked by stamping as well. Finally, the thermal cooling is achieved through Passive cooling.
