First, set the test pressure. Then, the air leakage tester will increase the gas pressure to the preset level and inject it into the object being tested. Finally, the instrument will automatically maintain the pressure. Leak testing can be determined by the bubble method, pressure drop method, or pressure difference method. The bubble method leak detection involves immersing the object in water. If there are no bubbles in the water, the air tightness test is considered successful; otherwise, it is not. The pressure drop method leak detection involves observing the pressure gauge during the test to check the pressure drop. If the pressure drop is within the allowable range, the air pressure test is considered successful; otherwise, it is not.
For the manual air pressure tester, you need to set the test pressure by adjusting the air regulator. This instrument has an automatic pressure retention function, but you need to manually time to control the retention time. Additionally, you also need to manually determine the test results.
