This skived fin heat sink processes included  cutting the alumium profile into fins by high precision skiving machine, cutting the skived fin  material to design size, cnc maching the holes on the skived fin heat sink material, deburring and finished with black anodied. This skived heat sink model No. is LR0126, and it's size is 300*220*60 mm. material is aluminum 6063. We customized the  skvied fin heat sink for led light for our customer.
