1. The piping system of the air pressure testing equipment is connected without welding, which ensures the sealing performance and is also convenient for installation and disassembly;
2. Separation of the test fluid system and drive fluid system facilitates precise temperature control and supports diverse testing media;
3. The leakage testing equipment utilizes a high-speed sampling card (American NI) to capture test data, with computer software developed using LABVIEW—a specialized program for airtightness testing functionality;
4. A variety of supporting fixtures are provided to accommodate different installation methods for the test pieces.
5. The test is carried out automatically; once the specimen breaks, the pressure drops rapidly and the system automatically stops applying pressure.
6. The pressure test bench is equipped with a computer control function. It allows for the flexible setting of the holding pressure time and test pressure. During the test, it can arbitrarily set single-stage or multi-stage holding pressure tests. The pressure increase speed can be kept constant and can be adjusted continuously. The test data and curve parameters can be displayed in real time, the test results can be automatically saved, and the test report can be printed at will.
